I really have to spend more time on this blog, rather than my other one!
Here's a shot of some "recent" finds, as in 2-3 weeks ago recent:
-A Franciscan platter that I took a chance on for Ebay; probably was a bad decision.
-Fun retro pink and black rose glass. Don't know what I'll do with that.
-Set of four totally awesome mid-century chicken milk glass coffee mugs. Those are going to Ebay.
-Portion of vintage fabric. Although when I unrolled it, it's hand-sewn on all the edges and I think someone was using it as a tablecloth. I paid around $5 for this, which sort of makes me gag, but it was one of those days when you didn't feel like you were finding anything, so I splurged.
-Bag of old balls of seam binding tape. I got it only for the two floral patterns, which I use as ribbon when wrapping presents.
-Small glass pitcher with oranges and orange blossoms. That's up on top of the cabinets in my kitchen.
There are other finds to share, but I can't, because they went straight into my new spot at a local antique mall! It's just half a showcase for $25/month, but one has to start somewhere, right? I'm really nervous about it, so any hints or encouragement is welcome.
